The Success of an entrueperner

Ultra-Productive People with a difference (Infographic)

When it comes to productivity, we all face the same challenge—there are only 24 hours in a day.
Yet some people seem to have twice the time; they have an uncanny ability to get things done. Even when juggling multiple projects, they reach their goals without fail.
“Time is really the only capital that any human being has, and the only thing he can’t afford to lose."
 –Thomas Edison
We all want to get more out of life. There's arguably no better way to accomplish this than by finding ways to do more with the precious time you've been given.
It feels incredible when you leave the office after an ultra-productive day. It's a workplace high that's hard to beat. With the right approach, you can make this happen every day.You don’t need to work longer or push yourself harder—you just need to work smarter.
Ultra-productive people know this. As they move through their days they rely on productivity hacks that make them far more efficient. They squeeze every drop out of every hour without expending any extra effort.
The best thing about these hacks is they're easy to implement. So easy that you can begin using them today.Give them a read, give them a whirl, and watch your productivity soar.

1. They Never Touch Things Twice

Productive people never put anything in a holding pattern, because touching things twice is a huge time-waster. Don’t save an email or a phone call to deal with later. As soon as something gets your attention you should act on it, delegate it or delete it.

2. They Get Ready for Tomorrow Before They Leave the Office

Productive people end each day by preparing for the next. This practice accomplishes two things: it helps you solidify what you’ve accomplished today, and it ensures you’ll have a productive tomorrow. It only takes a few minutes and it’s a great way to end your workday.
“For every minute spent organizing, an hour is earned." –Benjamin Franklin

3. They Eat Frogs

“Eating a frog” is the best antidote for procrastination, and ultra-productive people start each morning with this tasty treat. In other words, they do the least appetizing, most dreaded item on their to-do list before they do anything else. After that, they’re freed up to tackle the stuff that excites and inspires them.

4. They Fight The Tyranny Of The Urgent

The tyranny of the urgent refers to the tendency of little things that have to be done right now to get in the way of what really matters. This creates a huge problem as urgent actions often have little impact.
If you succumb to the tyranny of the urgent, you can find yourself going days, or even weeks, without touching the important stuff. Productive people are good at spotting when putting out fires is getting in the way of their performance, and they’re willing to ignore or delegate the things that get in the way of real forward momentum.
“Time is what we want most, but what we use worst." –William Penn

5. They Stick to the Schedule During Meetings

Meetings are the biggest time waster there is. Ultra-productive people know that a meeting will drag on forever if they let it, so they inform everyone at the onset that they’ll stick to the intended schedule. This sets a limit that motivates everyone to be more focused and efficient.
“The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot." –Michael Altshuler

6. They Say No

No is a powerful word that ultra-productive people are not afraid to wield. When it’s time to say no, they avoid phrases such as I don’t think I can or I’m not certain. Saying no to a new commitment honors your existing commitments and gives you the opportunity to successfully fulfill them.
Research conducted at the University of California in San Francisco shows that the more difficulty that you have saying no, the more likely you are to experience stress, burnout, and even depression. Learn to use no, and it will lift your mood, as well as your productivity.

7. They Only Check E-mail At Designated Times

Ultra-productive people don’t allow e-mail to be a constant interruption. In addition to checking e-mail on a schedule, they take advantage of features that prioritize messages by sender. They set alerts for their most important vendors and their best customers, and they save the rest until they reach a stopping point. Some people even set up an autoresponder that lets senders know when they’ll be checking their e-mail again.

8. They Don’t Multitask
Ultra-productive people know that multitasking is a real productivity killer. Research conducted at Stanford University confirms that multitasking is less productive than doing a single thing at a time. The researchers found that people who are regularly bombarded with several streams of electronic information cannot pay attention, recall information or switch from one job to another as well as those who complete one task at a time.
But what if some people have a special gift for multitasking? The Stanford researchers compared groups of people based on their tendency to multitask and their belief that it helps their performance. They found that heavy multitaskers—those who multitask a lot and feel that it boosts their performance—were actually worse at multitasking than those who like to do a single thing at a time. The frequent multitaskers performed worse because they had more trouble organizing their thoughts and filtering out irrelevant information, and they were slower at switching from one task to another. Ouch.Multitasking reduces your efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus on one thing at a time. When you try to do two things at once, your brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully.

9. They Go off The Grid

Don’t be afraid to go off grid when you need to. Give one trusted person a number to call in case of emergency, and let that person be your filter. Everything has to go through them, and anything they don’t clear has to wait. This strategy is a bulletproof way to complete high-priority projects.
“One man gets only a week’s value out of a year while another man gets a full year’s value out of a week." –Charles Richards

10. They Delegate

Ultra-productive people accept the fact that they’re not the only smart, talented person in their organization. They trust people to do their jobs so that they can focus on their own.

11. They Put Technology to Work for Them

Technology catches a lot of flak for being a distraction, but it can also help you focus. Ultra-productive people put technology to work for them. Beyond setting up filters in their e-mail accounts so that messages are sorted and prioritized as they come in, they use apps, which sets up contingencies on your smart phone and alerts you when something important happens. This way, when your stock hits a certain price or you have an email from your best customer, you’ll know it. There’s no need to be constantly checking your phone for status updates.

Bringing It All Together

We’re all searching for ways to be more efficient and productive. I hope these strategies help you to find that extra edge.

9 Habits of influential people

Influential people have a profound impact on everyone they encounter. Yet, they achieve this only because they exert so much influence inside, on themselves.
We see only their outside.
We see them innovate, speak their mind, and propel themselves forward toward bigger and better things. And, yet, we’re missing the best part.
The confidence that make their influence possible are earned. It’s a labor of love that influential people pursue behind the scenes, every single day.
And while what people are influenced by changes with the season, the unique habits of influential people remain constant. Their focused pursuit of excellence is driven by nine habits that you can emulate and absorb until your influence expands:

1. They think for themselves.

Influential people aren’t buffeted by the latest trend or by public opinion. They form their opinions carefully, based on the facts. They’re more than willing to change their mind when the facts support it, but they aren’t influenced by what other people think, only by what they know.

2. They are graciously disruptive.

Influential people are never satisfied with the status quo. They’re the ones who constantly ask, “What if?” and “Why not?” They’re not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom, and they don’t disrupt things for the sake of being disruptive; they do it to make things better.

3. They inspire conversation.

When influential people speak, conversations spread like ripples in a pond. And those ripples are multidirectional; influencers inspire everyone around them to explore new ideas and think differently about their work.

4. They leverage their networks.

Influential people know how to make lasting connections. Not only do they know a lot of people, they get to know their connections’ connections. More importantly, they add value to everyone in their network. They share advice and know how, and they make connections between people who should get to know each other.
5. They focus only on what really matters.
Influential people aren’t distracted by trivialities. They’re able to cut through the static and clutter, focus on what matters, and point it out to everyone else. They speak only when they have something important to say, and they never bore people with idle banter.

6. They welcome disagreement.

Influential people do not react emotionally and defensively to dissenting opinions—they welcome them. They’re humble enough to know that they don’t know everything and that someone else might see something they missed. And if that person is right, they embrace the idea wholeheartedly because they care more about the end result than being right.

7. They are proactive.

Influential people don’t wait for things like new ideas and new technologies to find them; they seek those things out. These early adopters always want to anticipate what’s next. They’re influential because they see what’s coming, and they see what’s coming because they intentionally look for it. Then they spread the word.

8. They respond rather than react.

If someone criticizes an influential person for making a mistake, or if someone else makes a critical mistake, influential people don’t react immediately and emotionally. They wait. They think. And then they deliver an appropriate response. Influential people know how important relationships are, and they won’t let an emotional overreaction harm theirs. They also know that emotions are contagious, and overreacting has a negative influence on everyone around them.

9. They believe.

Influential people always expect the best. They believe in their own power to achieve their dreams, and they believe others share that same power. They believe that nothing is out of reach, and that belief inspires those around them to stretch for their own goals. They firmly believe that one person can change the world.

Bringing it all together

To increase your influence, you need to freely share your skills and insights, and you must be passionate in your pursuit of a greater future.

9 Practices of Entrepreneurs to Gain Loyalty

If you want to create a successful business, set an example for others to follow. Establishing and maintaining the right kind of culture is essential in any venture.
My decades of experience as an entrepreneur have taught me that it doesn’t matter what kind of person you’re trying to get to work with you. If you conduct yourself in the right way, people will want to invest their time, energy and money into helping you. It always comes down to attitude.
Think about it: Problems are inevitable and so are deadlines. There will always be times when you don’t have as much time or money as you need. The bottom line is there will always be factors outside of your control. What can you control? How you conduct yourself and treat others.
If you want to become a leader, put these qualities into practice immediately. If you do, you’ll develop lifelong fans.

1. Be forward-thinking.

Something I've had to accept is that I'm never really able to fully clear my pile. It isn't realistic. Because even when we're entrepreneurs that work for ourselves, we depend on other people. If I had it my way, everyone would act as swiftly as I do. But I've learned that it's better to set people up for success. One of the best ways of doing that is by looking ahead.
When I say "be forward-thinking," I mean let people know what's required of them in advance so they can account for it. Always have next steps and deadlines. When in doubt, pick up the phone.

2. Be five minutes early.

Punctuality takes self-discipline and control. Frankly, it's a sign of the capacity to commit. I want that in a partner. Beyond that, it's respectful.
Make a habit out of showing up a few minutes early. What does a habit really mean? Every single time. People will notice. If you respect others’ time, they will respect yours. It’s that simple. Being punctual extends to getting back to people quickly. Who has time to waste? If you build being on time into your schedule, you'll be able to commit. Give yourself some cushion rather than careening through the day.

3. Be available.

Make it easy for people to reach you. It drives me nuts when I have to hunt someone down. I don’t get it -- don’t you want to grow your business? How are people going to get in touch with you about an awesome opportunity? For starters, you should list your telephone number beneath your email signature.

4. Be informed.

Study the history of your industry as well as what’s going on now. Never stop learning. Before you know it, you’ll be an expert. You’ll have an instinct for where the market is headed. As a result, you'll be better able to tailor your business in the right direction. In time, you'll become an advisor.

5. Be proactive.

It's the best way to stay ahead of your competition. Do you spot future problems on the horizon? Call attention to them. Don’t shy away. Others will start following your lead. As a result, it won’t always fall on you to spot the problems.

6. Be unstoppable.

Leaders turn obstacles into solutions. Reading Ryan Holiday's The Obstacle Is the Way completely changed the way I perceive challenges. Pick it up!

7. Be approachable.

If you put yourself out there and you’re willing to be vulnerable, others will respond in kind. They’ll keep it real with you. They’ll be willing to discuss their most vulnerable experiences. That kind of trust is invaluable. If you're willing to show it in person, even better. Never underestimate how much of an impact you can make when you give someone your full attention.

8. Be helpful.

Make time to help others succeed. You never know where they’re headed. What doesn’t require much of you might make a huge difference to them. Just this year, someone I extended a hand to told me I had changed his thinking. He's more willing to lend a hand to others now. When some great opportunities came his way, he shared them with me.
When someone asks for help, look at is an opportunity to grow your network of loyal partners. Someone once said, "When you reach the top, pull the next person up." I love that saying.

9. Be understanding.

Your ability and willingness to put yourself in others’ shoes will benefit you. Your negotiations will go much smoother because you'll be able to identify solutions that are actually that. As a result, you’ll move projects forward faster.
It may sound trite, but it isn’t. If you’re remarkable, people will want to support you. They'll appreciate you, and appreciative people give back.

The Only Possession We Have In Common

The planet earth has come under debate like never before. With all the alarming signals from global warming, there seems to be an awakening in this regard among people. There are summits, debates and talks on preserving the planet earth, following the declaration of the year 2008 as the International Year of Planet Earth by UNESCO.
Our planet earth itself was a matter of debate by scientists for quite sometime. There had been so many theories posed regarding the exact positioning of earth. Some spoke about geocentric theories and others accepted heliocentric theories. Today, another round of geocentred discussions are taking place all over the world because, the exploitation of nature is taking place in such a speed that the experts feel threatened about the safety of the earth, where our common roots lie.
Civilizations emerged and disappeared; kingdoms grew to a big stature and have ceased out of existence, for want of land and its enormous resources; super powers have been playing major roles. The earth stood as a silent witness to all these changes and developments that took place, in the bygone years.
Our ancestors celebrated the earth by centering everything on nature. They settled around beautiful places, spoke about its brilliance, worshipped its magnificence, and invented deities with reference to the earth and its gifts.
We developed ourselves making use of the resources of the earth. We even call ourselves developed countries or developing countries basing ourselves on the amount of exploitation that we do on this earth. Can we not say that all the wealth that we enjoy is the fruit of exploitation of the earth?
The earth is our lifeline. We owe very much to the earth for the bounteous gifts we receive. We rely on earth for all our basic needs. Only on this planet can we have our safest existence. Nowhere else are we so sure even to exist. We find our security here. The planet has sustained us with wealth of nature; mountains, rivers, valleys, trees, plants, herbs, shrubs, tubers and so many other wonderful things earth has given us unconditionally. Though we bring nothing into this world, planet earth provides for all our needs.
Can we imagine the earth devoid of all life-giving energy? Do we have an alternate place, apart from earth and its enormous possibilities to exploit? Do we have water elsewhere to import? Do we have forests that can sustain us even if the earth collapses? Where else can  and about that another them we get sufficient oxygen to live on?
The earth is not tired of giving us what we need. However, when our need becomes greed, the planet trembles and even quakes. The earth cannot bear our exploitation beyond a limit. Earthquakes, volcanoes, Tsunami and other natural disasters are the spontaneous expression of sorrow of our planet. Though we are said to have an extra sense perception that of reasoning, we refuse to read the emotional outburst of the nature. We do not pay anything for all the benefits that we enjoy from our mother earth.
“It is good to realize that if love and peace can prevail on earth, and if we can teach our children to honour nature’s gifts, the joys and beauties of the outdoors will be here forever.” This statement of Jimmy Carter is worth recalling at this juncture.
Truly, earth is the only possession that we all really own and share in common. All the rest of the accumulated wealth lies within the earth. Are we not ashamed about the fact that we do not take good care of the super power that takes good care of us. It is time that we realize our mistake and be cautious to treat our planet with due respect it deserves.
If not for the common good of the earth, at least for our own sake, let us save our planet and save ourselves, for that is the only possession we have in common.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

Take an orange and put it on a solid clean table. Apply pressure with your hand using your full body weight and see what happens. After some pressure limits are exceeded the orange bursts. There is pressure exerted by you on top of the orange, there is an equal pressure experienced by the orange from the table. Hence the orange loses the freedom and free shape until it bursts.
The same principle applies to human psychology. There are natural limits to all humans on earth. Some have greater limits, some have smaller limits. These natural limits originate from within each individual and are self made by that human. These self-made limits already exercise pressure, stress and limits to that very human. No need for your pressure to be added to that human! A very few humans may have no limits. That usually is the result of multiple oneness with God. God has no limits. We all are made to the image of God. God is love. Like Jesus is made as God's first born son to the image of his father as a being of true love. Hence our all innermost being is made to have no limits in our actions, feelings, love and social activities. God gave us one commandment, that is to love all!

To love all excludes ...

  • To love all excludes control of others
  • To love all excludes to manipulate others
  • To love all excludes to enslave others - even animals or nature
  • To love all excludes punishment and imprisonment
  • To love all excludes artificial man made frontiers, such as political or economical limits or borders
  • To love all excludes exploitation of others
  • To love all excludes the use of others to achieve your own goals. You still may find voluntary friends and family members to support your loving causes

To love all includes ...

  1. To love all includes to care for all
  2. To love all includes to help all
  3. To love all includes to share all with all
  4. To love all includes to threat all as your very own brothers and sisters and family members - ALL
  5. To love all includes to support common causes for the benefit of all without a single opposition to a project. That means to do projects that find voluntary unanimous approval by all.
To love all consists of projects that always find unanimous consent - unanimous approval by ALL. God reigns at home in heaven within a world of absolute and infinite love and thus with wisdom. Wisdom always creates solutions that find unanimous consent by ALL.
Love dissolves all tension, love dissolves and heals all anxiety and all stress within humans. Love thus reunites all people and keeps all beings as one loving family.
To practice such love is possible on earth as well. It is our all duty to learn to behave and act as beings made to the image of God - as beings of divine love. That means to live again in unanimous consent with all others by giving freedom back to all. To give freedom back to all, all you need to do is to completely remove any tension you have created upon others.

Remove your pressure upon others to remove tension between society

To remove tension you have created upon others, just return to within your own limits. Withdraw to within your own house or home, your own country or village. Take care of all your very own problems and solve all your own problems first until you are in peace with yourself, in peace with all your own family, parents, children, neighbors and all your local community. Withdraw from global activities and withdraw from global expansions of your activities. Clean up all your own family, your own home, neighborhood, community, district, state and country. That may keep you fully busy one lifetime or longer.
Without your tension exerted on others, you may see that all your current enemies are gone. All they really wanted is to have their own peace back as given to them by God a long time ago. Each and everyone has a right to have his very own personal HOME. His place no one surrounds, his place no one intrudes or endangers by any kind of pressure or outside activities.
With all artificial man made pressure gone - peace will arise automatically. People by innermost nature are peace loving and social beings looking for friends, looking for friendly and loving exchange with the outside world. Loving exchange on the basis of mutual love toward goals with unanimous consent for the benefit of all planet and thus also for the benefit of God's entire creation.
A full and instant Christmas pardon to all may end a decade or century or millennium of war between tribes, families, individuals or entire nations, cultures or religions on earth! Make extended use of full Christmas pardon and learn to use Christmas love all year long in all political and economical situations of our today's world. A true Christmas pardon is offered to all mankind again and again every year on Christmas day. All you need to do is to decide on your own to accept God's love and God's pardon and return to being a loving human toward all creation, including your enemies and all nature as well. A true Christmas pardon always is extended to all beings - no matter what their past or present action or situation. It then is up to all the pardoned ones to prove in their future actions of love to be a true loving being made to the image of God.
Merry Christmas to all world
